What is the application due date?
PLF has a fall and spring grant cycle. Applications are accepted within a specific date range during each cycle. Check the grants page for upcoming deadlines.
Is there a maximum amount I can ask for?
Yes. The maximum grant amount is $12,000.
When will I find out if my application has received funding?
Applications are reviewed within 6-8 weeks after the closing date. Occasionally, the review time can be longer if additional information is needed. All applicants will receive written notice to inform them if they’ve been approved or declined for funding.
Where do I send my completed application?
Applications may be submitted by inter-office mail (mail code 8045) or hand-delivered to the PLF Coordinator's office in Room 203 in the Atkinson Hall Building.
Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the application?

Who is involved in deciding which applications are funded?
Applications are reviewed by the President and PLF staff. Deans, faculty and other campus community members may be asked to provide additional information.
The application asks for a C-account number, but I do not have one. Do I need a C-account to apply for funding?
You may apply for funding and then obtain a C-account once your application is approved.
How soon after my application is approved will I receive funding?
Although this timeframe varies, The President's Leadership Fund is usually able to transfer the funds to the approved C-account within 3-4 weeks.
